CBD Coffee for Focus: Sharpen Your Mind with Ott Coffee!

Written by Brian Njenga

The use of CBD (cannabidiol) coffee has gained much popularity in recent years, with many touting its abilities to promote focus and improve overall cognitive function over time. CBD  is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that’s derived from cannabis and hemp plants.

It is thought to have various interactions with the endocannabinoid system (ECS) that is known to be involved in the regulation of diverse physiological processes in the body. There is growing evidence that cannabidiol might possess numerous therapeutic properties including anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects that are believed to indirectly impact cognitive function.

Also, it is noteworthy to mention that coffee by itself is rich in caffeine, a stimulant that has been proven to boost alertness and focus. So combining CBD and coffee can potentially deliver a much more enhanced experience thanks to the synergistic effects of both substances.

How does CBD coffee interact with the body to promote focus and boost cognitive function?

The exact interactions between cannabidiol coffee and the body’s various mechanisms for promoting focus and enhancing mental acuity aren’t yet fully known as research on the topic is still ongoing. However, there is some anecdotal evidence that has led to several hypotheses on the possible mechanisms that enable this beverage to bring about these health benefits.

CBD interacts with a number of receptors in the brain including serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. For those who may be not in the know, these are neurotransmitters that play a crucial role in mood regulation and cognitive processes. By its ability to influence serotonin receptors in particular, cannabidiol has shown it has the potential to modulate neurotransmitter activity, which impacts focus, attention, and cognitive function.

CBD coffee interacts with the ECS that like earlier stated, plays a big part in the regulation of mood, memory, and cognition. Studies conducted on the subject indicate that this cannabinoid can enhance the activities of the ECS by helping increase the availability of endocannabinoids, naturally occurring cannabinoids in the body. This modulation of the ECS is thought to have a positive impact on cognitive function.

Cannabidiol is said to have good anxiolytic properties that potentially help it reduce anxiety and stress levels in the body. Anxiety and stress are noted to adversely impact focus and cognitive function. By its capability to promote relaxation and minimize anxiety, there is evidence that CBD can indirectly improve mental clarity and concentration.

Lastly, this cannabinoid beverage has been shown to interact with adenosine receptors in the brain. Adenosine is a neurotransmitter that’s involved in promoting sleep and suppressing arousal. By influencing the release of these receptors CBD can impact wakefulness, alertness, and focus.

What are other remarkable health benefits of CBD coffee?

Besides its capacity to impact focus and cognitive function, this beverage has been shown to possess many other notable health benefits of CBD coffee in more ways than one.

  • Cannabidiol is thought to have potential analgesic (pain-relieving) effects. It is said its interactions with ECS receptors, and its ability to modulate pain signaling pathways are behind this. This can potentially deliver relief from chronic pain conditions.
  • CBD has been studied for its potential anti-inflammatory properties. By minimizing inflammation, it might have significant implications for the management of inflammatory conditions including arthritis and irritable bowel syndrome.
  • Some users of CBD-infused coffee have reported improved sleep quality and duration. Cannabidiol interacts with the receptors involved in the regulation of sleep-wake cycles, which potentially promotes better sleep patterns.
  • Cannabidiol has been investigated for its neuroprotective properties. Many of the findings suggest that it can help protect neurons from damage and degeneration. This could have huge implications for neurodegenerative conditions including Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
  • CBD has been approved by the FDA as a viable treatment for certain types of epilepsy including Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. It has clearly demonstrated efficacy in minimizing seizure frequency in people with these health issues.
  • Lastly, cannabidiol-infused coffee is known to have potent antioxidant effects that can help counteract the damage attributable to oxidative stress in the body.

Is CBD coffee safe to drink for everyone?

While generally deemed to be safe, there are some individual factors that you should consider before taking CBD coffee or any other CBD-based product.

  • Cannabidiol is known to interact with specific medications by inhibiting the activity of liver enzymes that metabolize drugs. So if you’ve got a medical condition or are on any medication, it is prudent to consult your healthcare provider to figure out if this cannabinoid could interact with your specific medicine.
  • People have varying sensitivities to CBD. There are those that experience side effects like fatigue, changes in appetite, or even gastrointestinal discomfort. Therefore, it is always important, to begin with a lower dose and carefully monitor your body’s response before incrementing consumption of CBD coffee.
  • The CBD market is still relatively unregulated and the quality and potency of cannabinoid-infused products tend to vary from brand to brand. So it is essential to settle for reputable companies that provide third-party lab testing to guarantee the cannabidiol coffee contains the exact stated amount of this cannabinoid and is devoid of contaminants.

Elevate Your Mood with CBD-Infused Coffee

Coffee is a very popular beverage that’s beloved by millions of people all across the globe. One of its top appeals is its high caffeine content, which is noted for delivering quick boosts of energy and even enhancing mental acuity. However, did you know that adding CBD to your cup of joe can also substantially elevate your mood while improving your overall wellness and well-being? You might now be wondering does CBD make your mood better? And really, can CBD cause mood changes? Well, read on to find out.

CBD stands for cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive compound present in cannabis and hemp plants. CBD for mood enhancement has been shown to have a positive impact on mood through its interactions with the endocannabinoid system (ECS) to regulate the release of dopamine and serotonin. For those who might perhaps not be in the know, these two neurotransmitters play a critical role in the regulation of mood.

How does  CBD interact with the ECS to regulate mood?

The ECS happens to be a complex system, consisting of receptors, enzymes, and endocannabinoids. All these work seamlessly together to maintain balance in the body. Cannabidiol interacts with the CB-1 and CB-2 receptors within the ECS to regulate the release of the “feel-good” hormones; dopamine and serotonin.

CBD can inhibit the reuptake of these neurotransmitters. In turn, this enables them to remain within the brain synapses for extended periods, which results in a significant increase in their activity. Also, CBD is thought to be able to stimulate endocannabinoid production, which may further activate the ECS and fast-track the release of dopamine and serotonin.

Research suggests that CBD’s power to regulate the release of these feel-good hormones may lead to vast improvements in mood, anxiety reduction, and alleviation of depression symptoms.  So CBD for mood can be a great alternative to traditional mood-boosting medicine.

CBD for  mood enhancement has been shown to minimize symptoms of anxiety and depression, less the negative side effects of many traditional medications. Still, it is always wise to consult your healthcare provider before try to enhance your mood with CBD products, especially if you’re on other medication.

How CBD and Caffeine Interact With the Human Body

What do you think happens?

Written by Megan Lane

Both CBD and caffeine offer a number of advantages to consumers. Every day awareness increases, making the combination of the two explode in popularity. The effects of CBD and caffeine on the body are attracting more and more attention every day. CBD coffee is the latest trend.

People are curious to know how the human body responds to these two chemicals. Therefore, we also wish to delve more into how these two chemicals interact with the human body.

Let’s first examine the advantages that each has for the human body as an individual substance.

The Role CBD Plays on the Human Body

Although most CBD studies are still in the early stages, the results are consistent and promising. This means that CBD can be therapeutic for millions of people who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric, physical and neurological conditions.

Here are some top benefits CBD coffee can trigger in the human body.

·       Gut Health

CBD’s powerful anti-inflammatory properties appear to have an impact on our entire system. This is due to the way the way this particular substance interacts with our microbiota to promote gut health.

·        Weight Control

CBD reduces hunger. In addition, CBD alters how energy is used. Our body uses calories from our adipose tissue to produce energy. Some adipose tissue can turn into white adipose tissue due to dietary choices and inactivity. But with CBD, that effect is boosted.

Caffeine’s Interaction with the Human Body

Caffeine is an organic chemical derived from plants and classified as a plant alkaloid, whereas cannabidiol is a dietary supplement despite coming from the hemp plant.

Although coffee is legal, a cup of joe is still considered a psychoactive substance because it stimulates the central nervous system and makes you feel energized and awake.

This chemical offers some benefits when used in medical treatments. Coffee promotes urine excretion and stimulates our heartbeat. Consumption can increase stamina and eliminate fatigue or experiencing exhaustion when taken in small doses.

Combined Use of Caffeine and CBD

According to a 2019 study, the best way to benefit from CBD and caffeine is combining them. It’s a common misconception that drinking CBD coffee in the morning keeps us from experiencing the calming effects of CBD. CBD-infused coffee boasts a stimulating effect in low doses and a more sedating effect in large doses.

Both CBD and caffeine are substances that can help elevate your mood. A modest amount of coffee is necessary to increase and maintain the effects of CBD, due to the fact that cannabinoids are energy components.

Caffeine and CBD are both chemicals that tout antioxidants, which protect the body from age-related cell damage and pollutants.

Therefore, the best strategy for increasing the potency and benefits of antioxidants is to infuse coffee beans  with CBD or D8 to create CBD or Delta-8 coffee.

In the end, it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact response tha l caffeine and CBD has on each user. When taken in different milligrams, the components affect the response. How the duo reacts differs from person to person, so it’s up to you to decide whether or not it suits your needs.

The Benefits of Combining CBD with Caffeine

CBD is a widely available legal substance in many countries around the world. Some individuals use cannabidiol with coffee for the accumulation of benefits, in addition to its known effects on the body.

Because they both use the same processes, the infusion of caffeine and CBD complement each other.

·        Increasing Your Mental Alertness

Caffeine keeps us conscious all the time. As a result, caffeine’s effect on mental alertness is enhanced by CBD. Cannabinoids interact with the neurotransmitters that control and coordinate the effects.

The neurotransmitters in our brain regulate how alert we are. One of the basic neurotransmitters is adenosine. The neuron transmits messages at a slower pace based on how much adenosine it contains.

This can make us lethargic or move slowly. On the other hand, adenosine is said to promote relaxation and nocturnal sleep.

However, caffeine hinders the proper activity of adenosine by interfering with the effects people should experience. Nonetheless, we have more energy and are awake at night.

Results are often better with the inclusion of CBD.

·        Avoiding Excited Side Effects

Anxiety treatment and stress reduction are a few well known benefits of CBD and CBD-based products. There are a number of methods that support the combo in fulfilling his task. CBD reduces anxiety by calming the muscles in the body and stopping inflammation in the brain system.

So the combination of coffee and CBD reduces anxiety faster. In addition, drinking the two together helps avoid negative consequences that excessive worrying can cause.

The Dangers of Combining Caffeine and CBD

• Sleeping Problems:

If you don’t use caffeine or CBD often, caffeine’s longer lasting effects can keep you awake, disrupting your sleep/wake cycle.

• Counteracting the Intended Effects:

CBD is likely to reduce the stimulating effects of coffee. CBD’s effectiveness in treating anxiety, insomnia and digestive issues can be counteracted by caffeine.

There are a few things to consider when mixing your coffee with CBD. Keep them in mind when considering combining cannabidiol with caffeine:

·        Proper Timing

It’s probably best to start with relatively low to moderate doses of each substance, as it’s unclear how specific dosages interact. To determine the best dose for you, experiment a little with different combinations. You can always drink more, but you are unable to drink less.

·        Iced Drinks Are Suggested

If you want to add your CBD to your coffee right away, you may want to choose an iced beverage or wait a few minutes for your hot coffee or tea to cool down. You can drink your go-to pick me up in the form of CBD cold brew coffee. Some studies have found that high heat can actually reduce the potency of CBD.

·        Check the Surrounding Laws and Policies

Many nations and states are now allowing the use of CBD. However, there are certain jurisdictions where it is still illegal to possess or consume CBD coffee and related products. Therefore, before taking your CBD and caffeine combination or before you order CBD coffee online, be sure to check local regulations.

Conclusion

Both CBD and caffeine are substances that can elevate your mood. Since caffeine is an energy component and CBD is an energy element, it is important to improve and bind both together for an all-around better experience.

The antioxidants in both can protect the body from age-related cell damage and pollutants. It is safe for humans to drink CBD coffee. However, it is preferable to take it in smaller doses in the beginning. You can either drink CBD-infused coffee or mix CBD oil into your coffee.

The Best 3 Methods For Brewing CBD Coffee

Brewing CBD Coffee – How?

Written by Megan Lane and John Marchese

In the past four years, the market for purchasing and selling CBD coffee has been booming. More than 79% of people have voted: The best caffeinated beverage is coffee.

Now imagine sipping on a cup of joe without the anxiety, jitters or crash you’re used to. CBD relieves the unwanted side effects that coffee lovers hate but tolerate on a regular basis.

The popularity and availability of CBD products have exploded since hemp-derived goods were legalized on a federal level. This chemical compound, also known as cannabidiol, is one of more than 120 cannabinoids found in the hemp plant.

Cannabidiol, AKA, CBD, has therapeutic benefits and there’s scientific evidence supporting the theories behind how CBD reacts with the brain and body. Multiple scientific studies support the theory that consuming CBD products can reduce seizures in individuals with epilepsy.

CBD Coffee Is Trending In Coffee Culture

Most people purchase CBD coffee, tinctures and edibles to ease or eliminate the presenting symptoms of many health conditions. There isn’t a ‘high’ after consumption. With CBD, you reap the benefits with minimal psychoactive effects.

The concept of infusing coffee beans with hemp-derived cannabinoids was a game changer. Taking a holistic approach to modern medicine has gained a ton of popularity in the last decade.

In the cannabis industry, the act of infusing pantry goods and everyday products with cannabinoids is far from rare. CBD coffee companies in Austin and other places are primarily making hemp-infused everything because of cannabidiol’s unique medicinal properties. Edibles are a popular choice among cannalovers, and drinks like CBD or D8 coffee are garnering more attention.

CBD coffee promotes wakefulness. The evidence that states this fact is plentiful. Cannabidiol contains properties which can help you to better focus and concentrate. When infused with coffee beans, there’s a multitude of benefits that can assist people with other issues like distraction, anxiety, depression, indigestion, seizures and more.

Consuming cannabidiol, the unabbreviated name for CBD, can help you feel like the best version of yourself in every possible way. Recent studies show that almost 50% of people forget to take their prescription pills at least once a month.

Who doesn’t drink coffee in the morning and throughout the day? Brewing a pot is impossible to forget. Have you ever forgotten to make your go-to coffee in the a.m.?

The person who invented the idea of brewing CBD with small batches of premium coffee beans is a literal genius. And the brands that micro-roast batches in the United States and contribute a portion of the proceeds to helping the homeless are brilliant and compassionate.

You may wonder, ‘What does CBD coffee taste like?’ Perhaps this is surprising, but the flavor isn’t an acquired taste. In fact, CBD-infused coffee tastes much better, according to many hemp consumers.

Finding your fave cannabinoid isn’t the most simple task. You’ll undergo trial and error, especially since over 100 cannabinoids are in existence. But there’s more than 10,000 reasons you should give CBD or D8 coffee a shot.

The Top Three Methods For Brewing CBD Coffee

French Press

  • Add 4 tablespoons of ground coffee (50 g) to your French press.
  • Pour 3 cups (750 g) of hot water (not boiling) over the coffee and stir.
  • Cover the press with a lid and the attached plunger. But don’t plunge yet!
  • Let the coffee steep in the press for four minutes and then plunge the plunger.
  • Sip and enjoy.

CBD Coffee Drip

  • Add 1 or 2 tablespoons (15-25 g) of ground coffee per 8 ounces (236 ml) of water.
  • Add your desired tablespoons of medium-coarse ground coffee in the filter basket.
  • Fill the brewer with the right equivalent of water to the mark.

CBD Coffee Pour-Over

  • We recommend using a fine metal filter rather than a paper filter to allow for more CBD oils to pass through and to preserve the aroma, flavor, and body.
  • Add 1 ½ tablespoon (20 g) of medium-coarse ground coffee to the filter.
  • With a gooseneck kettle, pour ¼ cup (40 g) of hot water over the grounds and watch the coffee “bloom”.
  • Continue pouring water slowly until all grounds are saturated. This should take about 15 seconds. Give the coffee an additional 30 seconds to drip before moving on to the second pour.
  • Slowly pour ¾ cup (260 g) of water over the grounds then remove the filter.

We do not recommend infusing our cold brew!

If you want to know how much CBD should be in your coffee, the answer’s dependent on you. Are you seeking euphor entirely on what you like. But some people who have made coffee long ago have suggested certain combinations and amounts that might help you find the right recipe.

Finding the right dose often requires some trial and error. There’s no such thing as the “right” starting dose. But you can start slow until you find your “sweet spot,” the dose that’s perfect for you.

is 5 to 7.5 mg per cup of CBD-infused coffee is best. This is because it has been shown that small amounts of the substance give you energy, making it a great addition to your coffee.

Based on experience, anything less than 5 mg can be hard to notice and often won’t get rid of the negative effects of caffeine.

Some sources also say that the CBD can provide people with adequate levels of fiber, plant protein, vitamins and minerals. This is especially important for those who skip breakfast when they’re on-the-go.

Drinking a cup of CBD coffee can:

• Serve as a natural antioxidant

• Promote heart and brain health

• Minimize the chances of getting liver cirrhosis

• Help people sleep better

• Provide natural pain management

• Subdue headaches and migraines

• Alleviate stress and sadness

You’re probably thinking, ‘Why should I drink CBD coffee?’ Well, the list of benefits is practically endless. The timeframe for experiencing the relaxation is generally much quicker than medications like Motrin.

D8 coffee and CBD cold brew kick in within 10 minutes for some fortunate people, and the majority of consumers feel the onset 30–60 minutes after consumption.

How long does CBD coffee last, though? Once your cannabis-infused cup of joe takes effect, the results last for up to six to eight hours. Does anything beat that? Seriously let us know!

3 CBD Coffee Recipes To Chill Out With This Autumn all through Winter!

Written by Megan Lane and John Marchese

CBD coffee is a popular conversation starter in the coffee and cannabinoid space. Otherwise known as cannabidiol, CBD and Delta 8 are two chemical compounds found in the hemp plant. With more people seeking a holistic approach to modern medication, CBD-infused coffee brands are seeing a spike in sales.

This summer, CBD cold brew and iced coffee are all the rave. During the hottest months of the year, who wouldn’t want a refreshing drink?

Plus, people don’t go through anxiety and experience a caffeine crash or come-down. Cannabinol counteracts the unpleasant side effects of caffeine.

The problem is: Not all CBD and Delta 8 coffee contain quality coffee beans and premium cannabinoids. Research the CBD products you’re interested in before spending your hard-earned cash.

CBD Coffee Laws and Regulations

Some CBD coffee companies put little to no thought into each phase, from the initial brainstorming to the finished product. Others consider “white labeling” acceptable. While it’s a common and legal practice, customers don’t know the same exact coffee is being sold by dozens of brands.

These businesses place orders for bottom-shelf CBD and label the products as their own. The founders are stealth, purchasing containers and labels with color themes that are unique and in sync with their websites and social media channels.

You can find companies that care about the development stage and formulation process. The executives care about the tiny details, and often, they produce sustainable CBD coffee and donate a percentage of all proceeds to charitable causes.

Some CBD coffee in Texas is made with love right here in the United States (*wink, wink*.)

The 2018 Farm Bill necessitates that hemp-derived products must contain no more than 0.3% THC in order to be legal. However, the THC percentage someone requires to experience mind-altering effects calls for a much higher dose.

Delta-9 THC is the cannabinoid in cannabis that makes you feel intoxicated or stoned. However, most CBD topicals technically do contain a bit of THC in them.

Kristina Risola, Cannabis Health Coach, told our team’s writer that “People often think CBD isn’t psychoactive. The fact that this beloved compound treats certain mental health disorders shows you just how psychoactive it is. Nonetheless, you won’t feel intoxicated or impaired.”

Full-spectrum CBD contains a low THC content within legal limits, while broad-spectrum hemp extract usually contains zero THC. The hemp plant can go through an extraction process, separating cannabidiol from any Delta 9 — isolating the cannabinoid into the purest form, CBD isolate.

Full-spectrum hemp boasts the “entourage effect,” meaning that all the cannabinoids work synergistically to offer consumers uniquely beneficial effects.

Keep in mind, trial and error isn’t a bad idea when you’re trying to find the form that best relieves your symptoms.

The active cannabinoids interact with the CB2 and CB1 receptors in the endocannabinoid system (ECS.) We all have one. CBD coffee, and other forms of consumption, activate both receptors in our ECS, leading to a chain reaction causing an overall sense of wellness.

There are no euphoric effects despite the fact that CBD is somewhat psychoactive. Delta-9 THC is the cannabinoid in cannabis that makes you feel intoxicated or stoned. However, most CBD coffee, tinctures and edibles technically do contain a bit of THC in them.

Why Should I Drink CBD Coffee?

CBD coffee is a natural alternative to traditional coffee. People are scouring the internet for Delta 8 coffee, CBD cold brew, adaptogenic coffee, premium CBD coffee in Austin and other states, and more. Just type “CBD coffee near me” in Google’s search bar.

CBD is a chemical compound — a cannabinoid — found in the hemp and cannabis sativa plant. When coffee beans are infused with cannabidiol, you’re not wasting money — it’s worth a few extra dollars.

CBD coffee tastes like regular brew, especially when the ground or whole bean coffee is micro-roasted in small batches.

The flavor of hemp coffee matters. Period.

But did you know that drinking CBD cold brew can jumpstart your morning, providing sufficient energy levels for the entire day?

With CBD, you can reap the benefits with minimal psychoactive effects. People often wonder, ‘Why should I use CBD?’ The wide-range of applications and countless benefits sums that question up.

Cold brew coffee is less acidic than regular coffee, and it’s bursting with antioxidants that can prevent chronic disease and ease inflammation.

Our curated selection features three CBD coffee drink recipes that’ll help you cool off and chill out all summer long.

  6. Carefully pop them out and use one or two (depending on the size) in your CBD cold brew or iced coffee
  7. Store the remainder in the freezer for a later date

We suggest 2” silicone ice cube trays, costing only nine bucks on Amazon. Once frozen, the giant, stunning cubes melt slowly, keeping your coffee cold for prolonged periods of time.

Pro Tip: For a simpler version, brew some D8 coffee or CBD cold brew and wait until the liquid cools down, reaching room temp. You can mix in your go-to sweetener and creamer or opt for straight black coffee. Fill up one or two ice cube molds to the brim.

I started my business & I tried CBD Coffee for a month

How I started my Ott coffee business

Being in graduate school has turned me into a big-time coffee drinker. All the early mornings and constant assignments have made me dependent on that morning energy juice. And I love it. Everything from the taste of coffee to the way its aroma fills the air has me hooked. Everything except for one thing: how anxious and jittery it makes me feel. Of course, this varies on the type of coffee I drink. But usually, my post-coffee-high crash involves a lot of nervous feelings in my stomach that force me to take some deep breaths and several paces around my apartment. It got to the point where I started to dislike drinking coffee because of how it made me feel. I started to skip it some mornings because I didn’t want to feel that way.

After complaining to a friend about this, he recommended that I try CBD-infused coffee. He said that I would get all the good parts of coffee (the flavor, alertness, and focus) without the bad parts (the nervous jitters). He explained that Cannabidiol (CBD) is the non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis and that research shows that CBD has been useful in easing symptoms for a number of ailments. These ailments include anxiety, skin conditions, chronic pain, and inflammation. When mixed with coffee, your brain helps your body get into the zone while still keeping you awake and focused – and it won’t get you high!

This sounded perfect to me, so I started searching for CBD-infused coffees to try. Ott Coffee came to my attention in the middle of March, at the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak here in the states. I was wanting to support local businesses at the time, and I found that Ott Coffee is roasted locally in Austin, so it was a perfect match. I ordered two bags of ground coffee, one from the Productivity Series and one from the Relaxation Series, and I drank them every day for a month. This is what I thought about the Productivity Series:

Smell

I think I spent a solid 20 seconds after opening the bag just appreciating how good it smelled. If I could make an air freshener with that scent, I would.

Taste

I drank my coffee black because I wanted to really taste the flavor notes. Normally, I don’t like my coffee plain, but this coffee was so flavorful that I loved it. And I prefer it that way now. I could taste all of the caramel, chocolate, and vanilla notes. It didn’t taste bitter or sour like how other coffees taste black. This coffee also honestly tastes rich, rich in history and quality. I felt like I could taste the story of where it came from; it tasted very earthy and smokey and I could just picture the Colombian fields these coffee beans came from.

Effect

I honestly felt just how the package said I would feel: alert, calm and focused. For example, I had a particularly busy morning a couple of weeks ago that I was dreading because I had a lot of emails and video calls to get through. I brewed my cup of coffee and sat down on my laptop ready to get to work, slowly sipping it down. The next thing I know, I am getting off of my last call feeling extremely productive. I was so focused and buzzing through my emails and tasks, the day felt like it had just flown by. And I felt absolutely none of the usual coffee jitters I would get before that would force me to get up and pace to calm down. I only felt the alertness of coffee with surprising calmness. The sensation was honestly incredible.
